Student representatives are responsible for expressing opinions, proposing solutions and acting as intermediaries between students and the administration on issues relating to the university: teaching, services, research and the right to study.
Student representatives are present in various collegial bodies, including:
- Academic Senate: for the direction and coordination of teaching and research activities.
- Board of Directors: for strategic and financial decisions.
- Faculty, Department and Teaching Area Councils: for issues related to specific degree programmes.
- University Assessment Unit: to assess and guide the quality system for teaching and research.
- Joint Teacher-Student Committees (CPDS): to address issues related to teaching and programme quality.
