In addition to the opportunities offered by DiSCo Lazio for the right to education, Sapienza University offers a housing mediation service and provides a register of private residential facilities in agreement with the University to facilitate the search for accommodations reserved for:

  • Sapienza-enrolled students;
  • Students taking entrance exams for Sapienza courses;
  • Foreign students participating in academic, educational, and cultural exchanges with Sapienza.

Description:

The University provides all students with a free housing mediation service, operated under concession by IMMUNI SRL. This service offers comprehensive assistance, from searching and selecting housing (also through a specific database) to signing and registering the rental contract. A dedicated help desk is available within the University City, where students can receive general information, express their housing needs, consult available offers, and be accompanied to visit the housing options of interest.

Sapienza has collaborated with the Guardia di Finanza to create the "Study and Live in Rome" guide, which aims to provide students with useful information on rental contracts, tax benefits, and services offered by the universities in Rome and the DiSCo LAZIO agency.
