Talenti in corso Mentoring Programme

Sapienza has entered into a collaboration agreement to offer students and graduates (also non-Italians, provided they live permanently in the country and intend to study and work in Italy) the opportunity to participate in Talenti in corso (Talents in Progress), the free one-to-one mentorship programme designed to provide guidance and support in the career start-up phase.

The programme features weekly two-hour meetings between mentor and mentee, either online or face-to-face, over a three-month period.

During the one-to-one meetings which are freely arranged with the mentor, it is possible to discuss ambitions, skills and professional goals.

The areas typically addressed are:

  • Customised mentorship;
  • Master's dissertation or other research work, academic or otherwise;
  • Planning and starting your own business or professional activity;
  • First job search;
  • Change of career direction and role.

How to participate

Talenti in corso is open to Sapienza students and graduates who meet specific merit and income requirements and are periodically invited by the Career Service to apply.
