The Trade Union Relations Unit, in detail:

• management of the procedures for the horizontal pay progression of technical and administrative staff;
• overall management of the processes involved in trade union relations (supplementary bargaining, consultation, information);
• recording of trade union mandates and forwarding them to ARAN for the purpose of assessing representativeness;
• submission of Sapienza's supplementary agreements to ARAN/CNEL via the designated IT procedure; annual allocation of the total number of hours of trade union leave to the trade unions that are signatories to the relevant national collective agreement and to Sapienza's RSU; and management of the Gedap procedure regarding the recording of trade union leave taken;
