First selection ranking

The registration for selection procedures must be submitted using the platform: https://www.uniroma1.it/en/pagina/international-admissions-0

You will have to upload to the platform the documents indicated in the call for applications, together with the proof of payment of the 35 € payment slip.
The payment slip must be printed from Infostud following the procedure below:

• If you have not registered yet, register
• access the system with your registration number and password
• Go to “Corsi di laurea” (Bachelors and masters degree programmes)
• Go to "Accesso ai corsi" (Degree programmes admissions)
• Enter the code 25787
• Go to “Prosegui” (Continue) and print the payment slip
• Pay the 35 € contribution within the deadline prescribed in the payment slip
• You may pay over the counter or online (Unicredit) Read payment methods

Deadlines

• To participate in the first selection (only open to non-EU citizens permanently resident abroad): to 5 June 2019
• To participate in the second selection (open to Italian citizens, EU citizens, non-EU citizens legally resident in Italy): from 20 June to 19 July 2019

The Isee (Equivalent economic Status Indicator)  calculation has to be made by an Italian Tax Advice Centre (CAF) or on the website of Inps and it is essential to determine the amount of tuition fees. If you have no Isee calculation or you do not want to declare it, during the enrolment procedure on Infostud you will have to indicate “NON DICHIARO” (Do not declare).

Deadlines

The Isee calculation must be made at least 30 days before the pre-enrolment deadlines (see point below)
The type of Isee 2019 that has to be requested is “per il diritto allo studio universitario” (for the right to University education).

Procedure

After having had the Isee calculation made, you have to complete the acquisition process on Infostud following these instructions:

• access the system with your registration number and password
• Go to “Profilo” (Profile)
• Go to “Isee”
• Got to “Acquisisci Isee” (get Isee)

The “Acquisisci Isee”(Get Isee) procedure may also be carried out during Pre-enrolment

Students with foreign incomes, according to italian national law, (Governmental Decrete 159/2013, art 8) will pay as follows:
- Developing countries* (according to the Miur Decrete, September 16, n. 689):
Total € 500; I part € 150; II part € 150; III part € 175; Regional Fees € 140

- Other Countries
Total € 1.000; I part € 300; II part € 350; III part € 350; Regional Fees € 140

Enrolment consists in paying the first instalment of tuition fees.

Candidates who fail to pay the first instalment of tuition fees within the prescribed deadlines will be deemed to have given up their place.

Procedure

• access the system with your registration number and password
• go to "Corsi di laurea" (bachelors and masters degree programmes)
• go to "Primo anno" (First year)
• enter data
• go to "Genera bollettini" (Create payment slip)
• the system will display two payment slips, one with the first instalment of tuition fees only, and the other one with all the three instalments: you may choose which of the two payment slips you wish to pay.
• the payment will have to be processed at a Unicredit Group bank (over the counter or online) within the date indicated on the payment slip
• read payment methods
• The payment will be registered on Infostud within 24-48 hours.
• After having paid the tuition fees you do not need to go to the Student Affairs Office, nor submit the proof of payment or other documents (diploma, photo, etc.)
• Once the payment has been registered on Infostud the institutional e-mail account must be activated
