HELLO International Student Help Desk
The HELLO Help Desk is a welcoming office providing in-depth, customized information to international students wishing to study at Sapienza University. HELLO also serves as a primary point of contact, helping students navigate the university administration and connect with the appropriate offices and staff.

The HELLO Help Desk is staffed by 100 Sapienza students from all over the world, all with excellent English language proficiency.
What we offer:
- Information: assistance on admission procedures, enrolment, undergraduate and graduate degrees, student services and life in Campus.
- Campus Tours: guided visits of the University campus, including orientation activities, for groups of international students from foreign schools and universities.
Where to find us:
The HELLO desk is located under the Rectorate Building porch (Palazzo del Rettorato). No appointment is necessary to benefit from our walk-in services.

Online Pre-enrolment for non-EU students requiring a Study Visa
All non-EU students residing abroad requiring a Study Visa must apply for pre-enrolment through the Universitaly Portal.
Deadline: Pre-enrolment applications must be finalized and submitted by June 30, 2026, at 23:59 (Italian time). This ensures the University has sufficient time to validate applications before the Embassies/Consulates' deadlines for visa issuance.
Note: incomplete applications will be reopened for integration and will only be validated once all documents are provided. So, even if your application is incomplete or missing documents, you must submit it by June 30, 2026, to be eligible for further updates or integrations.

Pay your tuition fee via PagoPA
All admission fees and enrolment fees for Bachelor's and Master's degree programmes must be paid via the PagoPA system.
