Anti-bribery and corruption policy

The legislation on the prevention of corruption and illegality in public administration (Law No. 190/2012) aims to combat corruption. Sapienza has an anti-bribery and corruption policy and draws up a three-year plan for transparency. and the prevention of corruption.

Since 2022, this plan has been included in the Integrated Piano integrato di attività e organizzazione - Piao. The latest version of the plan was approved by the Board of Governors at its meeting on January 28, 2025.

Whistleblowers

Sapienza has an internal reporting system that guarantees the confidentiality of whistleblowers or a grievance procedure for staff concerning an employment matter, as a fundamental measure of ethics and risk prevention.
On the basis of national legislation and ANAC guidelines, Sapienza has drawn up a set of regulations that define the procedures for reporting violations.

Student Union

A student union is a student-run organisation, usually reserved for students and/or alumni.
