Sapienza for the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development

2015, a year that changed the world

In December 2015, the Paris Agreement on Climate Change to reduce greenhouse gas emissions was signed. The same year also saw the publication of Pope Francis' encyclical Laudato Si and the adoption of the UN's 2030 Agenda with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Sapienza has taken up the challenge and has committed to contributing to all the SDGs, through its educational and research activities, third mission, new services and new measures adopted in the various fields.

This section of the website presents the main activities for each of the SDGs, with references to policies and services, research and teaching, events and initiatives.
