For each Production Unit, the Employer, assisted by the Local Safety Representative, is required to formalise the Safety Organisation, and specifically

• Health and Safety organisation chart of the Production Unit (Faculty, Department, Centres, Central Administration Area)
• list of Employees and Workers for the purposes of health and safety in the workplace
• identification/designation of Key Safety Figures
