2020 - 21 Academic Year extended - May 2022 graduation session

2021-22 “fuoricorso” students  (students enrolled beyond the regular duration of the course) must apply for graduation in SESSION VII (7th) of the 2020-21 academic year;

Students:

  • regularly enrolled;
  • part-time in the 2021-22 a. y.;
  •  who have joined the Erasmus programme and sat exams valid for the 2021-22 a.y. at the destination university;
  •  who have paid a lump sum in the 2020-21 a.y. as a result of a “sospensione di fatto” (de facto suspension);

must apply in 2021-22 SESSION II.

All students who do not fall into the other two categories but intend to graduate in the 2021-22 a.y. without taking advantage of the extension of the academic year (for instance, DiscoLazio scholarship holders or others), must apply in 2021-22 SESSION II.

Please note: DiscoLazio scholarship students who wish to take advantage of the extension of the academic year will have to return their scholarship.

If the graduation application has been presented in the wrong session, please urgently mail your Student Affairs Office at segrstudenti.i3s@uniroma1.it.

Graduands who have to sit their final exams must:

  1. Book their exams on Infostud
  2. Fill in the graduation application form: https://www.uniroma1.it/sites/default/files/field_file_allegati/dichiara... (in Italian)
  3. Mail segrstudenti.i3s@uniroma1.it.

Enrolment in 2022-23 restricted-access degree programmes: exemption from TOLC-I test for transfer students with enough credits for admission to subsequent years

Students coming from other Sapienza degree programmes or other Italian universities are exempt from participating in the admission procedure only if they have acquired by October 31, 2022:

  • For Computer Science, at least 30 CFUs valid for admission to the years following the first year.
  • For Computer, Control and Management Engineering, at least 24 CFUs valid for admission to the years following the first year.

Student identification procedure - Online exams

Student identification procedure will be carried out via Skype at  segreteriastudenti-i3s on:

  • Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 2 pm 

  • Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 am to 2 pm and from 2:30 pm to 5 pm

I have to present degree certificates abroad, can I have certificates in English?
No, Sapienza only issues certificates in Italian. You can ask at the students office, a degree certificate (with or without exams) valid for abroad (you need a stamp from € 16.00) and then proceed to the translation sworn at the Civil Court of Romehttp://www.tribunale.roma.it/modulistica/Mod_1598_5079/Disposizioni%20per%20il%20giuramento%20delle%20traduzioni.pdf and the legalization of documents at the Prefecture of Rome http://www.prefettura.it/roma/contenuti/46459.htm
