From 2 PM on Friday, November 28 until 8 PM on Sunday, November 30, 2025, there will be a scheduled interruption of Infostud services for the release of new features. 

The changes mainly concern student fees. In particular, the method used to calculate the fees will be made transparent, and refunds and accounting credits will be easier to manage.

The shutdown will also result in the unavailability of other systems such as smart_edu, Socrates Organiser and Doctorates.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

From July 12, 2021, Italian citizens can only access Infostud, web and app, with their Spid or CIE (Electronic Identity Card) credentials. International students and non-Italian citizens can continue to log in with their username and password.

If you use the Infostud app, you will have to re-enter your Spid or CIE credentials each time you log in.

Your Infostud credentials (student ID number and password) will still be valid for other Sapienza digital services that do not require the Spid or CIE system (institutional email, university wi-fi network, Prodigit, etc.).

 Access with Spid or CIE is necessary for Italian citizens only.

With InfoStud you can enrol at Sapienza, pay your tuition fees, book exams, print certificates and download your career.

If you are already enrolled or have graduated from Sapienza University and wish to enrol in a new course, you must access the system using your student ID number and password, otherwise you must register.
